ASC Standard
ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) – The Aquaculture Stewardship Council, is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization.
ASC certification is a voluntary standard, international certification for responsible aquaculture, minimizing adverse impacts on the environment, ecosystems and communities and ensuring good labor regulations issued by the Aquaculture Management Council (ASC) since 2012.
The ASC standard includes the following principles:
